How SFTFS is Reacting to COVID-19
Our number one priority is the health and safety of the seniors we help (and our volunteers).
While COVID-19 has made it impossible for us to host large group sessions face-to-face, that hasn't stopped us from providing free, high-quality tech support. SFTFS is committed to alternative forms of education and support: we provide one-on-one support over the phone and utilize remote support technology to help with computers. In addition, we produce videos on our YouTube channel that walk through tips, tricks, and tutorials for common devices and services step-by-step.
